Large-scale questions such food insecurity and resource depletion require collecting diverse datasets for meta-analysis. This integration is especially challenging for remote sensing, crop physiology, and climate data, because metadata standards are not agreed upon, and many different data types are produced in these fields. The project aims at building a platform to fuse Missouri Transect datasets to reduce software implementation, response time and increase data sharing ability among students, scientists and the general public interacting with Missouri Transect datasets.
