Initial Assessment Survey (extra credit)

Initial Assessment is a anonymous survey, conducted via Blackboard. It is an opportunity for me to get familiar with your background and skills. It is also an opportunity for you to help guide the direction of this course. Do take this survey: it will be helpful to me and it is also an easy way for you to get 5 points of extra credit.

I will not be able to see the names associated with individual answers. I will be able to see if you took the survey or not. If you take the survey, you will get the extra credit.

Instructions

1. Go to blackboard.slu.edu
2. Log in with your SLUNet ID (if you are not already logged in)
3. Navigate to this course
4. Click on "Initial Assessment"
5. Click "Begin"
6. Provide your answers in the space provided
7. Click "Save and Submit"
